Information used to deliver the service

We review public business websites and store website addresses, business details, inspection dates, findings, and supporting evidence. Public business contact information may identify a person. We also handle information you provide in support messages, review calls, or an agreed implementation project.

Private report links identify the report and control access. Purchase records and Stripe payment references connect a confirmed payment to the correct report. Stripe processes payment details; this website does not store your full card number. Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and security logs.

Why we use and share information

We use information to prepare and deliver reports, confirm payments, restore access, answer questions, provide agreed services, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Hosting and storage use Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; payments use Stripe. Service providers process information needed for their services. A contractor may receive the information and access needed for implementation you have agreed to. We may disclose information when required by law.

Links, storage, and your choices

Treat your report link as private: anyone who has it may be able to access your report. We retain reports and service records as needed to provide access, resolve requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information about you. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for legal or accounting purposes.

Authentication and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality and security. Payment pages are subject to Stripe’s privacy practices. This notice may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above identifies this version.
